Workshop Intervention for a Global Bank

Client

Leading global bank with banking products and services across segments and regions.

Challenge

People at managerial levels need to influence change and transformation through data and for this, they need to interact with global peers, understand perspectives, and articulate the business impact. They were falling short in being seen as people who could lead data change initiatives, instead of just executing them.

Our Approach

We selected a group of managers and ran a pilot – starting storytelling workshop along with 1:1 follow up interventions for 3 months to look at the changes.

The chosen group was able to use the learnings so well, that the workshop was then opened to multiple locations, levels and teams.

We created different structures for people across levels to help them and set up internal champions across locations.

We created a baseline and end-line feedback loop and helped people use the learning across requirements: annual plans, reward citations, and inhouse innovation competitions and we found success in every category.

Impact

Participants were able to use learnings to win internal innovation challenges, success in new roles, and more. The program became so popular in the bank that it was implemented in multiple locations.
